Responsibilities

As the Manufacturing Associate, you will perform setup, operation, re-supply, documentation, cleaning, minor equipment adjustments and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet standards for safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing the following activities in a quality focused cGMP manufacturing environment:

  • BeadChip carrier assembly - involves both manual and automated equipment processes

  • Formulating custom bulk reagents - involves working with pipettes and balances

  • Filling reagent vials

  • Packaging of carrier and reagent boxes

  • Following detailed work instructions, forms, and SOPs

  • Creating legible written records within batch records/forms

  • Following manufacturing schedule

  • Reporting issues and concerns to management

  • Writing and updating manufacturing documentation

  • Understanding FDA regulations and ISO standards applicable to department operations and consequences of non-conformance

  • Completing all training and qualification requirements

  • Maintaining a clean and organized working lab environment

  • Training others

Qualifications

To qualify for the Manufacturing Associate position, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work environment.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Associates degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of one year cGMP manufacturing experience

  • Familiarity with Lean/World Class Manufacturing
